ADSL MAX Allowance
MAX Allowance gives you the maximum speed possible on your line, currently up to 8Mb.* This services includes a generous bandwidth allowance in the price with separate allowances for peak and for offpeak hours (details below).

Our MyAccount control panel enables UKFSN customers to view and manage ADSL account details including usage data, BT line reports and the ability to obtain a MAC automatiaclly.

- Customers who exceed their allowance will be charged the difference between their regular subscription and the rate for the allowance level used plus a £5 + VAT overusage charge.
There is a £40.00+VAT (£47.00 inc VAT) charge for a new ADSL activation. So long as you have a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) and you are not on a LLU based product migration from a nother ADSL supplier is free.
* ADSL MAX service speeds are dependent upon the quality of your line and conditions at your local exchange. The maximum speed quoted is for the ATM layer and actual throughput has a maximum speed 13% lower.
**Peak hours are defined as Monday to Friday 08:00 to 22:00
***Off-peak is defined as Monday to Thursday 22:00 to 08:00 and Friday 22:00 through to Monday 08:00.
